Referral Program Policies for Contractors

• Each Poop Scoop Utah Worker needs to be a current Worker of Poop Scoop Utah to receive any Referral Rewards.

• Poop Scoop Utah Worker may refer an unlimited number of Potential Referrals to Poop Scoop Utah, but your referral bonus compensation amount received in any given calendar year will be included on your Form 1099-MISC in accordance with federal tax law.

• Poop Scoop Utah offers services in certain boundaries in the state of Utah. Poop Scoop Utah Workers that send us a Potential Referral in a location that we do not service, the Poop Scoop Utah Worker or the Potential Referral will not receive a Referral Reward.

• Only one Poop Scoop Utah Worker is permitted per Referral.

• Only one Referral Reward will be issued per Referral.

• If the Potential Referral used our services at any given time previously from the date we received this Potential Referral request, both the Poop Scoop Utah Worker and Potential Referral will NOT receive any referral reward or voucher.

• The Poop Scoop Utah Worker will receive a 1-time $15 bonus compensation per Potential Referral following the completion of the Potential Referral’s first cleaning with Poop Scoop Utah.

• The Poop Scoop Utah Worker will get paid their referral bonus 1-Time per month for any eligible Potential Referrals Poop Scoop Utah receives. The Poop Scoop Utah Workers will get paid through their payroll payment method they selected in Melio.

• The Poop Scoop Utah Worker will receive a referral reward if the Potential Referral sets up recurring services or 1-time cleanup.

• The Potential Referral that we receive from our Poop Scoop Utah Worker will receive 1-time $15 voucher credit that will be applied towards their first cleanup with Poop Scoop Utah if they set up recurring services.

• The Potential Referral that we receive from our Poop Scoop Utah Worker that wants a 1-time cleanup from Poop Scoop Utah will NOT receive any voucher reward towards their first time cleanup.

• The Poop Scoop Utah Worker will be eligible for a Referral Award if the Potential
  Referral request was submitted through a personalized referral link from the Poop Scoop Utah Worker’s Jobber portal.They will NOT receive a referral award with any other ways of submission.

• The Potential Referral will be eligible for a Referral Award if the Potential Referral request was submitted through a personalized referral link from the Poop Scoop Utah Worker’s Jobber portal. They will NOT receive a referral award with any other ways of submission.

This Referral Reward Policy is valid until December 31st, 2024
